Sales & Marketing Manager- NASCAR Market Joey joined RDI in 2000 after an amazing career with Robert Yates Racing. Joey is known by many in the NASCAR family for his years as a crew member and crew chief. Joey has been the crew chief for the likes of Cale Yarborough and Davey Allison. Joey's racing days began when he was about 9 years old. In those days, he worked as a parts washer and volunteer crew member for Walter Ballard. With the experience and talent under Joey's belt, there no wonder why he helped win 7 Daytona 500's.

Sales Manager Co-founder and major contributor to the success of RDI, Barry brings 35 years of experience in Winston Cup style racing to the team. This experience comes from both the track, as a pit member, and at the management level as a retailer and wholesaler of parts to the national and international racing community. Mr. Wally's knowledge regarding engine and drivetrain components is well known and respected within the motorsport community. The 27 years of experience gained as a parts manager in the Ford Dealer environment has given Barry an intimate knowledge of the Ford racing product line as well as Ford Dealer and corporate culture.

Technical and Engineering
Co-founder and a major driving force in the success of RDI, Mr. Miller has a degree in Engineering from North Carolina State University. His background in racing as a team owner and car builder has proved invaluable to all levels of racing. Due to this experience, Ford Special Vehicle Operations (SVO) tapped Preston for a key role within the Ford motorsport program. Working for over 16 years with Ford SVO Performance Parts, and now, the Ford Racing Technology group, while interfacing with racing teams and sanctioning bodies at the highest level has provided Mr. Miller with impressive industry qualifications. In applying his skills to the management of RDI, Mr. Miller brings not only his corporate experience to bear, but also his understanding of the needs of the racer and that of a niche business focused on developing and supplying world-class parts and service to the racing community.
